1.Sealed bids from well reputed firms / workshops of Islamabad, having their own office / stock / manpower / expertise i.e. Mechanics of all kind / Electricians / Engineering / Denting & Painting / Wheel Balancing, Alignment Services, purchase of Tyres & Batteries are invited for repair / Maintenance of different make / models of Vehicles / Motorcycles i.e. Suzuki, Honda, Toyota, Coaster and others (Subject to availability / requirement) during financial year 2020-21.02.The Firms / Workshops must be NTN / GST registered and Tax Payer Active.03.The Firms / Workshops must have valid Postal Address, Contact Numbers, Fax and person(s) of contact.04.Interested bidders may send their Offers / Quotation in sealed envelopes duly marked.05.All Workshops must be submit Bid security of Rs. 50,000/- (re-fundable) in shape of bank Draft / Pay order in favor of FGEHA, Islamabad.06.Bid security of Qualified Firms only will be returned on successful completion of the contract period. Non-compliance / early termination of contract / concealment of facts / any litigation and security breach may result in confiscation of bid security, legal action and blacklisting of firm.07.Tender documents having details specification along with terms and conditions can be obtained from www.fgeha.gov.pk and www.eprocure.gov.pk free of cost. Undersigned on any working day from 10:00 am to 04:00 pm.08.Bank reference in respect of financial stability of the firm.09.The Proposals (Technical & Financial); prepared in accordance with the instructions provided in the RFP must be submitted on e-PADS (https//eprocure.gov.pk) through electronic means only.10. E-Tenders without attachment of Bid Security in favor of FGEHA equal to the earnest money will be rejected.11.The bidders providing fake, forged, unsubstantiated and false information shall be liable to legal actions i.e. disqualification and blacklisting.12.Financial Proposal(s) of only Technically Responsive & Qualified Firms will be opened at the date and time, to be determined and communicated later.13.All the applicable Federal/Provincial taxes (income tax, sale tax, and eta.) must be included while preparing the Financial Proposal and are required to be submitted in the quoted rates and not to be mentioned separately.14.The issuance of Work Order shall be subject to approval of Competent Authority. 15.
