The Subject Of The Order Is An Investment Task Entitled: Reconstruction Of The Municipal Road No. 115738R Jasionów -Wzdów At Km 0+045.19-0+526 And At Km 0+570 - 0+843.30 In The Towns Of Jasionów And Wzdów Together With The Construction Of Safe Pedestrian Crossings, Expansion Of The Municipal Road No. 115738R Jasionów -Wzdów At Km 0+526-0+570 In The Towns Jasionów And Wzdów Together With The Demolition Of The Bridge At Km 0+557 And The Construction Of A Culvert At Km 0+552 And Reconstruction Of The Intersection Of Municipal Road No. 115738R With Provincial Road No. 887 In Jasionów (At Km 0+000.00 - 0+045.19). The Scope Of Work Includes Works Related To: A) Task 1. Reconstruction Of The Intersection Of The Road Municipal Road No. 115738R With The Provincial Road No. 887 In Jasionów, For The Implementation Of Which The Ordering Party Has Full Design Documentation, Including The Notification Of Construction Works And The Bill Of Quantities And Cost Estimates. B) Task 2 Extension Of The Municipal Road No. 115738R Jasionów-Wzdów At Km 0+526 - 0+570 Along With The Demolition Of The Bridge At Km 0+557 And Construction Of A Culvert At Km 0+552 For Which The Ordering Party Has Prepared A Technical Design, A Bill Of Quantities And Cost Estimate And Has Obtained A Water Permit. C) Task 3 Reconstruction Of The Municipal Road No. 115738R Jasionów -Wzdów At Km 0+045.19-0+526 And At Km 0+570 - 0+843.30 In The Towns Of Jasionów And Wzdów Together With The Construction Of Safe Pedestrian Crossings For Which The Ordering Party Has Developed A Functional And Utility Program. As Part Of The Project Covered By These Proceedings, The Contractor Is To: Perform Construction Works Related To The Reconstruction Of The Intersection Of Municipal Road No. 115738R With The Provincial Road No. 887 In Jasionów Based On The Assumptions Contained In The Fup, Prepare Design Documentation, Obtain A Construction Permit Or Report On The Execution Of Works With All Arrangements And Decisions (If Necessary) And Carry Out The Task Related To The Reconstruction Of Municipal Road No. 115738R Jasionów-Wzdów At Km 0+045.19-0+526 And At Km 0+570 - 0+843.30. Based On The Obtained Water Permit Decisions, Develop A Construction Design, Obtain A Building Permit Under The Zrid Mode And Carry Out The Task Related To The Expansion Of The Municipal Road No. 115738R Jasionów-Wzdów At Km 0+526 - 0+570 Along With Demolition Bridge At Km 0+557 And Construction Of The Culvert At Km 0+552. The Detailed Scope Of Work Is Included In The Bill Of Quantities (For Tasks No. 1 And No. 2), Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Designs And Stwiorb, Pfu (For Task No. 3) Attached To This Swz. For The Task Performed Under The Pfu, The Contractor Will Prepare The Bill Of Quantities And Cost Estimate Himself. In This Respect, Cooperation With The Designer (Author Of The Pfu) Is Required.
