The Subject Of The Order Is A Comprehensive Service Of Scanning Hospital Treatment Information Cards (Kils), Which Are Part Of The Disease History, Located In The Archives For The Period 01/01/2023 To 31/12/2025, In Accordance With Annex No. 2, Product And Price Form.2. The Subject Of The Order Is Described In Annex No. 2A - Description Of The Subject Of The Order, And The Estimated Quantities Are Given In Annex No. 2 - Assortment And Price Form. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Contract Will Be Implemented For A Period Of 2 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, But No Later Than May 31, 2026, On The Terms And Conditions Specified In Annex No. 5 To The Swz Draft Agreement.
