The Subject Of The Order Is The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement Specifying The Conditions For Awarding And Implementing Future Contracts For Construction Works Consisting Of: Construction Of Sidewalks On District Roads, Divided Into Tasks: Task No. 1 - Construction Of Sidewalks On District Roads In The Domaniów Commune Within A Period Of 8 Months From The Date Of Signing The Framework Agreement.2. The Framework Agreement Will Cover The Successive Construction Of Sidewalks Along District Roads, Adapted To The Current Needs Of The Employer, In The Following Scope: 1) Task 1 - Construction Of Sidewalks Along District Roads In The Domaniów Commune. Section 1. Construction Of A Surface With Concrete Paving Stones In The Amount Of 744.0 M2 Consists Of: - Making A Bed - Sand Bedding - Aggregate Base 0-31 Mm - Concrete Cubes 8 Mm Thick Cm - Laying Concrete Curbs - Laying Concrete Edges 8X30 - Planting Roadsides, Making Lawns (Topsoil) Section 2. Accompanying Works Consist Of: - Dismantling Surfaces Made Of Mineral-Bituminous Mixtures Thick. 4-8 Cm - Dismantling The Surface Made Of Crushed Stone, Thickness. 20 Cm - Dismantling The Stone Pavement - Dismantling Sidewalks, Bus Stop Islands And Pedestrian Crossings Made Of Concrete Tiles - Dismantling Stone Curbs - Dismantling Concrete Curbs - Dismantling The Edges - Vertical Adjustment Of Telephone Wells - Vertical Adjustment Of Wells On Water And Gas Valves - Vertical Adjustment Of Manholes For Manholes - Vertical Adjustment Of Wells For Grates Street Sewage - Vertical Adjustment Of Manholes For Street Sewage Grates - With Replacement Of The Manhole - Construction Of A Channel From Pvc Pipes - Replacement Of The Sewer - Construction Of Street Sewage - Construction Of Lawns3. In Addition, The Scope Of The Order Includes Linear Measurements, Marking Of Works, And As-Built Maps. 4. Work On The Roads Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With Current Orders. Annex 2 Contains The Approximate Scope Of Work.5. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Number Of Specified Works During The Implementation Of The Task, Depending On The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party Or Available Financial Resources.6. The Maximum Quantities Of Works Expected To Be Performed Based On The Framework Agreement Are Included In The Offer Cost Estimate Constituting Annex No. 2 To This Swz.7. For The Order, A Framework Agreement Will Be Concluded With One Contractor, Separately For Task No. 1 And Task No. 2, On The Basis Of Which The Ordering Party Will Be Able To Award Executive Orders To The Contractor/Contractors.8. The Implementation Of Executive Orders During The Period Of Validity Of The Framework Agreement Will Take Place On The Terms Specified In The Framework Agreement, Which Is An Annex To The Swz.
