A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Including The Scope Of Construction Works And The Requirements Regarding The Quality Of Their Execution As Well As Technical Requirements, Are Specified In The Functional And Utility Program, Hereinafter Referred To As The Ffu, Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Agreement.
