1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works As Part Of The Task Entitled: Construction Of A Municipal Road Connecting Ul. Kazimierza Pułaskiego With Ul. Mehoffera - Stage I, Section From Km 0+000.00 To Km 0+430.00 In The Town Of Ropczyce, Which Include: 1) Construction Of A Road On A Section Of 430 M2) Removal Of The Topsoil Layer, Earthworks, Excavations And Embankments, 3) Securing The Network And Water Supply Connections, 4) Demolition Works In The Scope Aggregate Surface,5) Construction Of Road Drainage Devices Consisting Of Sections Of Surface Sewage Made Of Prefabricated Concrete Elements And A Culvert Under The Road, 6) Reconstruction - Unblocking And Cleaning The Existing Road Ditch From Vegetation And Silt With Sectional Reinforcement Of Slopes,7) Construction Of The Road Structure With A Bituminous Surface,8) Construction Of Exits9) Construction Of Roadsides Improved With A Mixture Of Crushed Aggregate,10) Topsoiling, Finishing And Cleaning Works.2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out The Works In Such A Way As To Provide Residents With Access To The Property.3. The Detailed Scope And Method Of Execution Of The Contract Are Determined In The Order Of Importance: This Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Included In The Swz, Including Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz And Bills Of Quantities Of Works Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz. 4. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Including, Among Others: Health And Safety Regulations, Pn Regulations Transposing European Standards Or Standards Of Other Member States Of The European Economic Area Transposing These Standards, Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Technical Conditions For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Due Diligence, Proper Organization, Safety And Good Quality.5. The Materials Used In The Implementation Of The Works Should Meet The Requirements Specified In Art. 10 Of The Construction Law And Should Have Documents Confirming Approval For Use And Compliance With Relevant Standards.6. Where The Studies Indicate The Origin (Brand, Trademark, Manufacturer, Supplier) Of Materials Or The Standards Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows For The Use Of Materials And Solutions Equivalent In Terms Of Technical, Functional And Operational Parameters In The Execution Of The Order, Provided That They Ensure Technical Parameters Not Worse Than Those Assumed In This Specification, After Acceptance By The Ordering Party. At The Same Time, The Ordering Party Allows All Their Market Equivalents Not Worse Than Those Indicated. A Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Materials, Devices And Construction Works Offered By Him Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. The
