Tenders Are Invited For Partial Renovations Of Municipal Roads In The City Of Jawor

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of An Investment Task Entitled: Partial Renovations Of Municipal Roads In The City Of Jawora. 2. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Partial Renovations Of Bituminous Surfaces Of Municipal Roads, Consisting Of Works Related To The Removal Of Surface Damage That Threatens Traffic Safety, As Well As Treatments Covering Small Areas, Inhibiting The Process Of Increasing The Damage.3. The Task Consists Of: 1) Partial Renovation Of Bituminous Surfaces With Asphalt Grit And Emulsion Performed With A Patcher Road Repairer - Up To 80 Tons (Residential Roads With Low Traffic Intensity) 2) Partial Renovation Of Bituminous Surfaces With Mineral-Asphalt Mass - Up To 250 Tons.4. The Workplace Should Be Properly Prepared, I.E.: Milling And Removing Part Of The Damaged Adjacent Surface And Cleaning The Place Before Adding The Mineral-Asphalt Mass. Then Properly Care For The Built-In Mass (I.E. Thicken, Fill Gaps With Seams). The Contractor Will Dispose Of The Milled Surface And Any Other Waste At His Own Expense. 5. The Place Of Works And The Completion Date Will Be Specified In The Work Selection Reports Prepared Two Weeks In Advance By The Ordering Party (With The Possibility Of Adding Additional Losses).6. The Basis For Payment Will Be As-Built Measurements, W-Zettes, Acceptance Protocol Signed By Both Parties And A Correctly Issued Vat Invoice.7. The Ordering Party Has The Right To Limit The Scope Of The Service Specified In The Contract. If The Service Is Limited, I.E. The Contractor Performs Fewer Activities Related To Partial Renovations, The Offer Remuneration Will Be Reduced By The Value Of The Work Not Performed. Restriction Of The Service Does Not Constitute A Basis For The Contractor To Claim Compensation And Contractual Penalties; Similarly, Limiting The Service Does Not Constitute A Basis For The Contractor To Apply For Payment By The Ordering Party Of The Offer Fee Indicated By The Contractor In The Offer.8. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure That The Position Of Works Manager Is Taken Up By Persons With Appropriate Authorizations To Perform This Function. 9. The Ordering Party Does Not Introduce Any Restrictions On The Participation Of Subcontractors In The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order.10. If The Names Of Brands (Companies), Names Of Construction Products Or Technologies Or Any Name Identifying The Manufacturer Are Used Anywhere In The Tender Documentation, This Should Be Treated As Information About The Expected Standard And Level Of Quality, And Not Strictly As A Description Of The Product Necessary For Use. It Is Possible To Use Other Equivalent Construction Products Or Technologies That Will Provide The Results Expected By The Ordering Party.11.
