A) The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In Carrying Out Educational Activities In The Field Of Air Protection For The Residents Of The City And Commune Of Pilawa. B) The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: I. Organizing And Conducting Six Events In 2026 In The Form Of: A Festival/Picnic, An Educational Bicycle Trip/Rally, Thematic Competitions, Workshops/Trainings/Lectures Addressed To Three Social Groups: The General Public (Including A Group Of Young People From 13 Years Of Age), A Group Requiring Special Support And An Opinion-Forming Group. Events Organized For Each Group Twice A Year, One Event Per Half-Year On Air Protection, Combating Smog And Health Effects. In Accordance With The Scenario Of Planned Educational Activities, Hereinafter Referred To As The Scenario. Ii. Preparation Of Educational Presentations - Professional Slides With Graphics, Animation And Educational Content Presenting Current Data And Applicable Legal Regulations, Appropriately Adapted To The Program For Individual Workshop Groups. Iii. Design And Printing Of A Multi-Format Outdoor Game Wygibas-Segregacja With Minimum Dimensions Of 2X2 M, The Game Comes With A Bag For Transport And Storage. Iv. Creation Of A Banner Informing About The Implementation Of The Mazovia Without Smog Project According To The Applicable Template. Minimum Dimensions 60X120cm.V. Graphic Design And Printing Min. 300 Copies Of Thematic Leaflets With A Minimum Format Of A5.Vi. Graphic Design And Printing Of Brochures, Minimum 300 Pieces: 100 Pieces For Teenagers Over 13 Years Of Age (Easily Digestible Text, Riddles, Puzzles And Crosswords), 200 Pieces For Adults. Brochures Should Contain A Minimum Of 8 Pages. Format Minimum A5.Vii. Posters (15 Pieces For Each Event For The General Public And 15 Pieces For A Special Support Group) Informing About The Event In A3 Format, Single-Sided Printing, Full Color. Submission Of The Poster Design By The Contractor No Later Than 20 Days Before The Event Date Specified In The Scenario. Printing And Delivering Posters To The Ordering Partys Office Within 7 Days Before The Event Date Specified In The Scenario. The Poster Design Should Include Information About The Possibility Of Using The Image Of People Participating In The Events. C) All Materials Prepared By The Contractor Must Be Approved By The Ordering Party. D) All Prepared Materials Must Contain Appropriate Markings In Accordance With The Assumptions Of The Mazovia Without Smog Project.
