Tenders Are Invited For Maintenance And Troubleshooting Services In The Field Of Electrical Works In Properties Entrusted To The Management Of Mzl In Radom

1. The Subject Of The Order Are Maintenance And Troubleshooting Services In The Field Of Electrical Works In Real Estate Entrusted To The Management Of Mzl In Radom.2. The Scope Of The Order Includes: Provision Of Maintenance And Fault Removal Services In The Field Of Electrical Works In Buildings, Premises And Outdoor Areas In Real Estate Entrusted To The Management Of The Ordering Party. The Scope Of The Service And The Obligations Of The Contractor Are Included In The Contract Template And In The List Of Basic Activities In The Field Of Maintenance, Repairs And Failure Removal Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Contract Template (Contract Template - Annex No. 8 Swz).3. The Ordering Party Manages 132 Buildings With 1,778 Premises (Residential And Commercial) And 2,067 Residential/Commercial Premises Owned By The Commune, Which Are Located In Buildings Managed By Housing Communities. 4. The Scope Of Works Envisaged In The Bills Of Quantities Is Of An Auxiliary Nature, Is Used Only To Compare Offers And May Change During The Implementation Of The Contract By Reducing Or Increasing The Number Of Works Or Changing The Scope Of Works By Adding New Items (Not Included In The Bill Of Quantities) Due To The Need To Adapt The Works To The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party. 5. In Order To Calculate The Offer Price, The Ordering Party Provides The Estimated Quantity Of Works Included In The Bill Of Quantities - Annexes No. 10 To The Swz And The Maximum Area M2 To Be Serviced, Settled Per M2 During One Month Of Provision Of Services Specified In Point 1 Of The List Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Contract Template.6. The Commune Resource On Which The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Implemented Is Specified In Annex No. 9 To The Swz. During The Implementation Of The Future Contract, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Amount Of Resources Specified In The Annex.7. By Maintenance Services, The Ordering Party Understands Activities Consisting In Performing Minor Repairs Of Individual Building Elements Necessary To Maintain The Building And Its Surroundings In Good Technical Condition, Including The Elimination Of Causes That May Cause Premature Destruction Of The Facility Or Its Elements And Devices.8. By Failure, The Ordering Party Understands Sudden, Unintentional Damage To A Building Element, Installation Or Technical Device That May Pose A Threat To The Safety Of Users Of The Building (Building Or Street Furniture) And Expose Owners Or Tenants To Material Losses.9. By Removing Failures (Emergency Works), The Ordering Party Understands The Activities Undertaken By The Contractor To Remove The Causes And Effects Of The Failure.
