 Part I: Renovation Of Vacancy Houses A: 1) The Subject Of This Part Of The Order Is The Renovation Of Vacant Residential Premises To A Condition That Allows Them To Be Occupied After The Works Are Completed. 2) The Scope Of This Part Of The Order Includes The Renovation Of Premises With A Total Area Of ​​231.83 M2, Located At: Gościeradowska 1A M.36, M.38, M.81; Gościeradowska 9 M.16/17; Węgrowska 1 M.85 And Cmentarna 14 M.6. 3) The Description Of The Subject Of This Part Of The Order, Specifying The Requirements Necessary To Determine The Standard, Quality And Method Of Performing Individual Works, Are Included In The Technical Specification For The Acceptance Of Works And The Documentation Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz. 4) In Connection With The Lump-Sum Settlement Of The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Attaches, As Auxiliary And Informative Information, Bills Of Quantities For The Premises Covered By The Implementation Of This Part Of The Order. The Documents In Question Constitute Annex 4 To The Swz. 5) As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor, Within 5 Days From Signing The Contract, Will Be Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With An Offer Cost Estimate, Equivalent To The Price Offered In This Part Of The Order, Broken Down By A Given Premises.
