The Building Is Equipped With Water And Sewage, Gas And Electricity Connections And Installations. It Also Has Gravity Ventilation Of The Rooms. The Building Serves A Service Function And Houses Active Departments Of The Jelenia Góra City Hall. The Installation Of Mechanical Supply And Exhaust Ventilation With Heat Recovery Is Intended To Adapt And Improve The Working Environment In Office Rooms And Sanitary Rooms, As Well As The Archives - Located On The Ground Floor.2. The Order Should Include The Following: 1) Construction And Preparatory Works For The Installation Of A Mechanical Ventilation System, 2) Installation Of The Basic Equipment Of The Installation: Ventilation Center (Recuperator), Fans, Air Conditioner, 3) Installation Of Fittings And Ventilation Ducts, 4) Electrical Installation And Automation, 5) Technical Acceptance Of The Installation - Confirmed By Appropriate Protocols, 6) Installation Of A Lightweight Ventilation System Structure Along With Finishing Works, 7) Commissioning Installation,8) New Ceiling System In The Corridors And In Individual Rooms Along With The Replacement Of Lighting Lamps With Led Panels,9) Casing Of The Ventilation Duct Systems,10) Installation Of An Air-Conditioning System For The Archive Room.
