1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction Of An Internal Road With Drainage And The Necessary Technical Infrastructure, Located In Otfinów, On Plots With Registration Numbers: 1331/10; 1331/15; 1331/17; 1331/19.2) The Scope Of The Order Includes:A) Preparatory Worksb) Relocation Of The Fencec) Drainaged) Roadwaye) Sidewalkf) Parking Bays, Hardening Of The Area, Exitsg) Finishing Worksh) Vertical And Horizontal Marking3) In Addition, A Detailed Description And Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Are Determined By:  Bill Of Quantities - Annex No. 4 To Swz  Design Documentation – Annex No. 5 To The Swz, Stwiorb – Annex No. 6 To The Swz,  Draft Provisions Of The Contract – Annex No. 7 To The Swz4) The Draft Contractual Provisions Adopt The Principle Of A Lump Sum Remuneration, So The Bill Of Quantities Included In The Order Documentation Is Also Intended To Enable The Valuation Of Individual Elements Of The Works.5) The Ordering Party Expects The Contractor To Provide The Price For The Contract As A Lump Sum Price, Which Includes The Execution All Elements Of The Order That Are The Subject Of The Drawing And Text Of The Order Documents, Including Vat Applicable On The Day Of Submitting The Offer.6) Before Signing The Contract With The Selected Contractor, The Ordering Party Requests That He Present A Simplified Offer Cost Estimate, Prepared On The Basis Of The Design Documentation, Bill Of Quantities, Stwiorb And A Possible On-Site Visit Carried Out By The Contractor.7) In Addition, As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To: A) Ensure That The Works Are Managed By Persons With Specialization Qualifications Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Entrusted Task And Keeping An Investment Implementation Log Or Construction Log (If Necessary) In Cooperation With The Supervision Inspector (If Appointed) B) Marking And Securing The Work Site In Accordance With The Approved Temporary Traffic Organization Project, Conducting Permanent Control Of The Completed Marking And Ensuring That The Traffic Organization Covers The Actually Occupied Work Zone. C) After Completing The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Remove The Temporary Traffic Organization Signs And Introduce Permanent Traffic Organization. D) Requesting The Managers Of Networks Colliding With The Scope Of Works To Agree On The Scope Of Works In The Road And Pay For The Supervision Of The Operators Of The Underground And Above-Ground Utilities Networks (If Necessary), E) Securing And Handing Over To The Ordering Party The Reclaimed Material Resulting From The Milling Of Existing Bituminous Layers.
