In Accordance With The List Of Works Together With The Expected Quantities Of Their Execution - Annex No. 11 To The Swz. 1. Determining The Size Or Scope Of The Order: 1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of Current Surfaces Of Hardened, Non-Asphalt Municipal Roads In Accordance With The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), Provided By The Ordering Party And The Principles Of Current Technical Knowledge. 2) The Ordering Party Reserves The Possibility Of The Need To Work Simultaneously In More Than One Place In The Pruszcz Gdański Commune. 3) The Works Will Be Carried Out Under Vehicular And Pedestrian Traffic. 4) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Set The Time For Works In The Afternoon, Early Morning And On Days Off, As Well As 24-Hour Readiness In Order To Secure The Area Posing A Threat To Road And Pedestrian Traffic Participants Without Additional Remuneration. 5) Location Of Works - As Agreed With The Commune Of Pruszcz Gdański.6) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Carry Out Works Scattered Throughout The Entire Commune, Carried Out With The Intensity Set By The Ordering Party, With A Minimum Range For Stone And Concrete Surfaces From 0.1 M2.7) Trenching Materials (Crushed Aggregate With Fractions 0-63 Mm, Crushed Stone, Etc.) And Prefabricated Concrete Elements (Road Slabs, Concrete Cubes, Etc.)
