The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Work Entitled: Construction Of An Outbuilding On Plot No. 394/4, Krupa Registration District, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Construction Law And Implementing Regulations, Taking Into Account The Provisions Of The Swz. 2. The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Design Documentation - Construction Of A Farm Building, Taking Into Account The Provisions Of The Swz. It Includes The Following Works To Be Performed, Mainly: 1) Foundation Works; 2) Window And Door Joinery; 3) Steel Structure Of The Hall; 4) Walls And Roof Of The Hall; 5) Floor Of The Hall; 6) Works Not Included In The Construction Documentation Covered By The Subject Of The Order - Lightning Protection Installation.3. The Scope Excluded From The Procedure And Details Of The Design Documentation Are Specified In Annex No. 2 To The Swz (Exclusions Apply To The Following Parts: Demolition And Earthworks).4. A Detailed Description And Material Scope Of Construction Works Are Presented In The Design Documentation: 1) Construction And Executive Design: A) Architectural Industry; B) Construction Industry. 2) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works. 3) Decisions Attached To The Tender Documentation. These Documents Should Be Used To Prepare An Offer Cost Estimate And A Material And Financial Statement (Appendix No. 8 To The Contract). The Bills Of Quantities Attached To The Documentation Are An Auxiliary Element, They Must Be Verified With The Swz And Are Not The Basis For The Valuation Of The Works By The Contractor. The Basis For The Valuation Should Be The Detailed Design, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And The Comments Contained In The Swz And Annex No. 2 To The Swz Titled Comments Regarding The Implementation Of The Order. Changes In Relation To The Construction Documentation. The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Sections Of The Offer Cost Estimate Prepared By The Contractor Should Correspond To The Sections Of The Material And Financial Schedule Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Contract. The Complete Design Documentation Is An Annex To The Procedure.5. The Construction Site Should Be Fenced And Marked In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Construction Law.6. Conducting Works On The Construction Site:1) The Construction Manager Appointed By The Contractor Will Be Responsible For The Manner In Which The Works Are Carried Out By The Contractor.2) The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare And Submit A Work Schedule To The Ordering Party.7. Other Requirements Of The Employer Towards The Contractor As Part Of The Agreed Remuneration: 1) Before Installing The Products, The Contractor Is Obliged To Apply For Product Approval And Obtain The Approval Of The Investors Supervision For The Material (The Application Template Will Be Developed By The Contractor In Consultation With The Investors Supervision Inspector). 2) The Contractor Is
