The Delivered Assortment Must Be Unused And Brand New.4.2 The Municipal Tractor Will Be Technically Efficient, Brand New Together With The Indicated Accessories, Production Year 2025 Is Allowed, With A Manufacturers Warranty For A Period Of Min. 24 Months From The Date Of The Handover And Acceptance Protocol. 1) The Contractor Will Provide Training In The Operation Of The Tractor And Accessories; 2) The Contractor Must Have Appropriate Facilities In The Form Of An Authorized Stationary Service And A Mobile Service Providing Warranty And Post-Warranty Service With A Response Time Of No Longer Than 24 Hours (On Business Days) From The Date Of Reporting The Failure, Defect Or Defect. 4.3 Collection Of The Municipal Tractor With Accessories Will Be Carried Out At The Contractors Expense After Delivery To The Headquarters Of The Municipal Services Plant In Ożarów Mazowiecki, Located At Ul.
