1. The Subject Of The Order Is Supply Of Road Gravel, Crushed Construction Rubble And Road Mixture (Gravel And Crushed Construction Rubble) Along With Loading, Unloading And Leveling Using A Grader For The Renovation Of Dirt Roads In The Zambrów Commune In 2025.2. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Leveling Of Road Gravel, Crushed Construction Rubble And A Road Mixture Created By Mixing Gravel And Concrete Rubble With The Size And Number Of Fractions Corresponding To Gravel Standards Or Larger, Using A Grader, In A Proportion Of 50X50% (Pn/S-06102 Standards With A Fraction Of 00 -70.00 Mm), Intended For The Renovation Of Municipal Roads Along With Loading, Unloading And Clearing On Municipal Roads Located In The Zambrów Commune, Delivered According To The Needs Of The Ordering Party At The Place And Time Indicated By The Contractor. 3. The Expected Size Of The Entire Order Is 5,000 M3. It Is Allowed To Increase/Decrease The Number Of Deliveries By 30% If It Is Necessary To Renovate More/Less Than The Expected Number Of Roads.4. Crushed Construction Rubble For Road Base Should Be:  As Durable As Possible, Without Weak Grains With A Strength Significantly Different From The Main Aggregate,  Clean (Only A Small Admixture Of Mortar From The Old Structure Is Allowed),  Of Various Dimensions, E.G. Thick Concrete Rubble With A Diameter Of 6÷10 Cm, Crushed Rubble With Dimensions Of 3÷5 Cm And 5 ÷8 Cm, Concrete 1÷2 Cm And Crushed Stone (Concrete Screening 0÷2.5 Cm). Aggregates Can Be Transported By Any Means Of Transport In Conditions That Protect Them Against Contamination, Mixing With Other Materials And Excessive Drying And Moisture. 5. Quantity: The Quantity Of Aggregate On One Tipper Truck During Transport Should Be 10 M3. The Ordering Party Has The Right To Constantly Control The Quantity And Quality Of The Material Supplied By The Contractor. 6. Inspection Of The Work Site: The Tenderer, At His Own Responsibility And Risk, May Inspect The Work Site And Its Surroundings And Collect Any Information That May Be Necessary To Prepare The Offer And Sign A Contract For The Performance Of The Ordered Works And Supplies. The Costs Of Inspecting The Work Site Are Borne By The Tenderer.7. The Contractor Is Solely Responsible For Determining The Amount Of Works And Other Services And The Method Of Calculating The Lump-Sum Offer Remuneration On This Basis, And Is Obliged To Thoroughly Check The Actual Scope Of The Order.8. The Task Should Be Carried Out Based On Delivery Orders. 9. The Contractor Will Provide Surveying Services. At The Implementation Stage, The Ordering Party Will Indicate Roads Requiring Surveying Services. 10. Carrying Out An On-Site Visit Is Not A Necessary Condition For Submitting An Offer And Does Not Constitute Grounds For Rejecting The Contractors Offer Referred To In Art. 226 Section 1 Point 18 Of The Pzp.11 Act. The Order Must Be Made Taking Into Account The Requirements Regarding Accessibility For Disabled People And In
