1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In The Preparation Of Design Documentation For The Construction Of The Road Ul. Orle Gniazdo In The Towns Of Hucisko And Zdów From The Intersection With Skalny Widok Street In Hucisko To The Intersection At The Entrance To The Orle Gniazdo Recreation Center In Hucisko (Approximately 1.28 Km) Along With Accompanying Works And Obtaining The Final Permit For The Implementation Of A Road Investment (Zrid) Or The Final Decision On The Construction Permit (Or No Objection To The Performance Of Construction Works By The Relevant Authority) And Carrying Out Supervision Copyright On The Implementation Of The Designed Works, As Part Of The Implementation Of The Task Entitled Construction Of The Road Ul. Orle Gniazdo In Hucisko And Zdów.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Preparation Of Complete Design Documentation Used To Describe The Subject Of The Order For The Performance Of Construction Works For Which It Is Required To Obtain A Zrid Or A Building Permit, For Which A Construction Design Is Attached In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of July 7, 1994 - Construction Law, In Particular: A) Architectural And Construction Design (Including Technical Design) To The Extent Taking Into Account The Specificity Of Construction Works, B) Land Development Design, C) Executive Design, D) Permanent Organization Design Traffic Along With Obtaining A Decision On Its Approval, E) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), F) Bill Of Quantities, G) Investors Cost Estimate, Along With Obtaining On Behalf Of The Ordering Party The Final Permit For The Implementation Of The Road Investment (Zrid) Or The Final Decision On The Construction Permit (Or No Objection To The Performance Of Construction Works By The Relevant Authority); 2) Performing Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of The Investment Based On The Prepared Documentation Design.3. The Development Of Design Documentation Includes Obtaining And Developing All Materials Necessary For The Preparation Of Comprehensive Design Documentation, Including All Maps For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order, Necessary Arrangements, Conditions, Permits, Approvals, Opinions, Etc. (Including, If Necessary, Decisions On Environmental Conditions And Consent To Withdraw From The Construction Of A Technological Canal, Water Law Decisions, Etc.) And Obtaining A Zrid Decision Or A Decision On A Building Permit (Or No Objection To The Performance Of Construction Works By The Relevant Authority).4. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Develop Geodetic And Legal Documentation - Division Maps Necessary To Obtain A Zrid Decision. The Expected Number Of Properties To Be Divided Is Approximately 65 Plots.
