Tenders Are Invited For Restoring Road Safety And Keeping Roads Clean After A Road Incident

Description Of The Subject Of The Order: The Contractor Is Obliged To Correctly And Immediately Perform Only Specific Activities Directly Ordered By The Ordering Party. The Contractor Is Always Responsible Only For The Proper Performance Of Specific Activities Assigned To Him, Regardless Of Whether They Are Sufficient To Achieve The Proper Condition Of The Road Or Not. The Contractor Cannot Himself Undertake Actions That Are Not Indicated In The Order.1. The Contractor, Having The Required Equipment At The Request Of The Employer Over The Phone, Ensures Readiness To Take Action To Remove The Effects Of Sudden Unforeseen Events In The City Of Częstochowa In The Shortest Possible Time, But Not Longer Than 60 Minutes. The Time Of Commencement Of The Action Is The Time From The Telephone Notification By The Ordering Party And The Crisis Management Center In Częstochowa, The Police, Fire Brigade Units Or Personnel Subordinate To The Contractors Duty Management Board To The Arrival Of The Required Unit With The Required Equipment At The Scene Of The Incident.2. The Contractor Carrying Out The Work Will Provide Equipment That, In Accordance With Its Knowledge And Experience, Will Ensure The Correct Quality Of The Service Provided And The Optimal Time Of The Service.3. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Task, The Contractor Will Be Obliged In The City Of Częstochowa To: • Secure The Scene Of The Incident (Securing The Scene Of The Incident Means In Particular: Setting Up Temporary Signs, Directing Traffic, Marking The Site Of The Incident With Orange Traffic Lights, Placing Cones) • Removing Hazardous Liquids Spilled On The Road As A Result Of A Road Accident Along With Their Disposal • Removing Solid Residues From The Site Of The Incident And Disposing Of Them (Including Those Transported Loads)• Being On Duty 24 Hours A Day, All Days Of The Week, Including Holidays And Other Public Holidays.• Providing Materials And Means To Remove The Effects Of Road Accidents: Equipment, Chemicals, Sorbents• Disposing Of Collected And Used Materials In Accordance With The Regulations On Environmental Protection And Waste • Keeping Records Of Interventions Along With Photographic Documentation With The Date And Time Of The Intervention.4. The Ordering Party Anticipates That During The Duration Of The Contract There May Be 572 Road Incidents Requiring Specialized Cleaning, Which Will Be Carried Out By The Contractor, Of Which 50% Of Incidents Involving Leakage Of Operating Fluids Are Expected.
