The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of A License For A Nuclear Reactor Simulator Along With Technical Assistance, As Well As The Preparation And Conduct Of Training In The Operation Of A Nuclear Reactor Block Simulator Along With A 3D Model Of The Reactor And Casing As Part Of The Project Studies 5.0. Study Programs For Key Sectors Of The Domestic Industry.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annexes No. 5 To Swz.3. Detailed Terms And Conditions Of The Order Are Included In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 4 To Swz.4. Codes According To The Classification Of The Common Procurement Vocabulary (Cpv): 48900000-7 - Various Software Packages And Computer Systems, 80510000-3 - Training Services.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 4 To Swz.6. If The Swz Contains Indications Of Trademarks, Patents Or Origin Or References To Standards, Approvals, Technical Specifications, It Should Be Understood, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 99 Section 9 And Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Act, That It Is Justified By The Specification Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Ordering Party Cannot Describe The Subject Of The Contract Using Sufficiently Precise Terms. In Such Circumstances, The Ordering Party Allows The Possibility Of Submitting Equivalent Solutions In The Offer, Provided That The Minimum Requirements To Be Met By Equivalent Solutions Are Requirements Not Worse Than The Parameters Indicated In The Documentation.7. The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Contractor To Personally Perform Key Tasks. 8. The Contractor May Entrust The Execution Of Part Of The Order To A Subcontractor. In Such A Case, The Ordering Party Requests That The Contractor Indicate In The Offer The Parts Of The Order The Performance Of Which He Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors, And Provide The Names Of Any Subcontractors, If They Are Already Known.9.
