SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS Prospective bidders are to submit bid for each of the technical and financial bids, packaged separately in sealed envelopes and clearly marked as Technical Bid or Financial Bid. Thereafter, put the two sealed envelopes together in a bigger sealed envelope addressed to the Vice-Chancellor, Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife indicating clearly: Project Title and Project Description. Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should bear the name and address of the bidder and drop in the designated Tender Box in sealed envelope in the office of the Director of Procurement, Floor 5, Room 509. OPENING OF PREQUALIFICATION DOCUMENTS Only the technical bids will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission at Floor O, in the Committee Room 05 of the University Hall in the presence of bidders or their representatives, while the financial bids will be kept un-opened.
