Expression of Interest for Jamaica Subsea Fiber Cable Project - Technical and Financial Consultant The International Finance Corporation (IFC), a member of the World Bank Group, has been contracted by the Government of Jamaica (GoJ) (the Client), to advise on the development of a submarine fiber optic cable system to improve international broadband connectivity, increase competition, and enhance digital resilience in the country through a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) arrangement (the Project). To support in the delivery of the advisory mandate, IFC seeks to hire a Technical and Financial Consultant to support on all technical matters covering due diligence and contract negotiation, including technical assessment, market analysis and forecasting, cost estimates and risk assessment.
