This Initiative Addresses Critical Infrastructure Vulnerabilities, Enhances Leak Detection Capabilities, And Ensures Long-Term Sustainability And Resilience Of The Water Distribution Network. The Vendor Must Bring Expertise In Program Management, Gis Integration, Regulatory Compliance, And Cross-Departmental Coordination To Successfully Guide The City Through This Multi-Phase Infrastructure Modernization Effort.
