The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Construction Of The Building Kindergarten With Kitchen And Dining Room, Including Connection To The Elementary School. The Existing U-Shaped Elementary School Will Be Partially Demolished And Modified And Will Be Connected To A Newly Built Two-Story Extension With A Staircase, Then It Will Connect To A Newly Built One-Story Arched Glass Extension Of The Dining Room With A Kitchen, Then To A Three-Arm Staircase With A Personal Elevator And Finally It Will Be Connected To A Newly Built Two-Story Kindergarten Building. The Proposed Kindergarten Will Have A Rectangular Floor Plan And Will Be Finished With A Hipped Roof. The Central Arched Part Has A Flat, Walkable Roof. The Kindergarten And The Dining Room Will Be Connected By A Double Staircase. The Capacity Of The Kindergarten Will Be 2 Departments, For A Total Of 48 Children. Canteen Capacity – 160 People, Of Which 90 Are Primary School Pupils And 48 Kindergarten Children, 20 Teachers And Employees. Kitchen Capacity – Max. 200 Meals. The Building Will Be Connected To Water Supply, Electricity, Gas And Sewage. The Communication Link Between The Existing Elementary School And The Proposed New Kindergarten Building Has The Main Goal Of Creating One Multifunctional Unit, Which Will Contain Three Separate And At The Same Time Fully Functional Parts - The New Kindergarten, The Existing Elementary School And A New Dining Room Containing A Multi-Purpose Common Room With Kitchen And Storage Areas. Glazed Solution Of The Dining Room (Social, Multi-Purpose Room), Level And Maximum Open Connection Of The 1St Floor To The Exterior And Subsequent Park Improvements, On The 2Nd Floor The Connection Of The Existing Elementary School And The New Kindergarten To The Outdoor Terrace. The Central Arched Part Is Designed As A Single-Story Building With A Flat Roof. An Uncovered Residential Terrace Can Be Used Both By Pupils Of The Existing Primary School And Children Of The Proposed Kindergarten, Alternatively It Could Also Be Used As A Green Garden. The Connection With The Elementary School Is Solved At The Level Of Both Floors (1St Floor And 2Nd Floor). A Three-Legged Staircase Will Be Located In The Attached Room Between The Primary School And The Kitchen. An Atypical Two-Armed Staircase Will Be Located Between The Cafeteria And The Kindergarten. The Entire Building Will Be Designed As Barrier-Free With Connections To Local Roads, Paved Areas And The Sidewalk Of The Primary School.
