If A Contractor Is Pre-Qualified As A Result Of Submitting The Necessary Documents To This Rfpq And Being Accepted By Rocky View County To Do The Work Described In This Rfpq, That Company Will Be Accepted To Receive The Tender Package(S) And Be Able To Bid On Work For The 2026, 2027, And 2028 Maintenance Overlay Programs.All Contractors That Do Not Pre-Qualify For The Maintenance Overlay Program In 2026 Under This Rfpq Will Not Be Allowed To Apply For Pre-Qualification In 2027 And 2028.Rocky View County, In Its Sole And Unfettered Discretion, Has The Right To Disqualify Any Contractor From The Pre-Qualification List At Any Time And For Any Reason Prior To The Distribution Of The Tender Package.
