The Municipality Of Apeldoorn Wants To Have The All-In Management, Including Renovations Of Main Pumping Stations And Peripheral Facilities For The Long Term - In Accordance With The Statutory Requirements Such As Brl-K14020 - Taken Care Of By One (1) Market Party. Through This Tender Procedure, The Municipality Wants To Arrive At One (1) Framework Agreement For Works With One (1) Contractor. The Estimate Of The Total Framework Agreement Is (Without Revision Clauses): € 3,250,000, Which Is Made Up Of These Components: Preventive: Management And Maintenance € 1,200,000 & Renovation And Corrective: Disaster And Repair € 2,050,000. The Average Order Value Over The Total Term Of The Framework Agreement Is Capped At 150% Of The Amount Stated Above. This Leads To A Maximum Value Excl. Vat Of This Tender Of € 4,875,000 And Therefore Concerns The Estimated Value Of The Assignment.
