Tenders Are Invited For Federated Data Platform For Carmenda (First Case Study/Pilot)

This Concerns A National Non-Public Tender From Radboud University Medical Center Regarding The Supply Of A Federated Data Platform. Through The Carmenda Project, Radboud University Medical Center Is Working On Setting Up A National Infrastructure For The Safe And Responsible Reuse Of Healthcare Data Within Disability Care. In That Context, We Are Preparing A Tender For A Software Platform For Federated Learning And Federated Analyses. This Platform Should Make It Possible To Perform Privacy-First Analyzes On Structured And Unstructured Healthcare Data (From Free Text Fields) From, Among Others, Epds, Ecds From Disability Care, Gp Data And Cbs Datasets, Without Data Being Stored Centrally. The Focus In 2026, 2027 And 2028 Will Be On Conducting Pilots, After Which We Want To Scale Up. We Have Guaranteed Financing Until June 2028. The Purpose Of This Tender Is To Conclude An Agreement With One Contractor For The (First) Case Study Vg7 And Vg7+: Development Of A Classification Algorithm.
