The Goal Is To Design An Additional School Extension To The Kindluse Kooli Sports Hall And To Plan The Surrounding Land Area. The Design Work Is Planned To Be Organized As A General Contract. On 21.04.2025, The Public Tender For The Design Of The Kindluse Kooli Extension Was Published, Reference Number 294134. During The Design Work, It Has Become Apparent That The Volume Of The Originally Planned Extension Is Not Sufficient. Therefore, It Is Necessary To Increase The Scope Of The Planned Extension By Approximately 50% Compared To The Initial Task. Therefore, The Design Work Is Ordered As Two Separate Tenders Based On The Principle Set Out In § 28 Subsection 1 Of The Public Procurement Act, According To Which The Procurer May Divide The Procurement Into Parts And Order Services Separately Only If The Procedure Corresponding To The Total Expected Cost Of All Parts Is Applied To Each Part When Concluding The Procurement Contract.
