The Purpose Of The Signed Contract Is To Obtain An Independent Assessment Of The Implementation Model Of Rkt Trainings Carried Out Within The Framework Of Activity 1 Of The Vòti Tat Support Measure, Including Resource Efficiency, And To Assess The Relevance And Effectiveness Of The Trainings Ordered Through It. The Evaluation Must Provide Recommendations For Improving The Relevance And Effectiveness Of Rkt Trainings And, If Necessary, For The Transformation Of The Grt Implementation Model, Including Specifying The Intervention Method, Content, Volume And Target Groups, So That The Achievement Of Strategic Goals Is More Effective Both In The Current And The Next (2028-2034) Eu Funding Period.
