Cover All Waste And Recreate A Healthy Surface Environment, Which Can Be Used For Outdoor Purposes. • Establish A Top Cover That Provides A Reasonable Degree Of Tightness Against Infiltration Of Precipitation Into The Landfill And Thus Limit Leachate Production From The Fill • Make Arrangements For Mass Handling Under The Auspices Of Contractors Linked To Local Excavated Masses At The End Of The Landfill, Approximately 135,000 Tonnes Of Waste Has Been Deposited.
