avinor As - K-193093 - Framework Agreement Voice Communication System (Vcs) . Descriptionavinor Intends To Enter Into A Single Framework Agreement For The Delivery Of Voice Communication Systems. The Framework Agreement Will Have An Initial Duration Of Five Years. Avinor Shall Have An Option To Extend The Duration Of The Contract By A Further Three Years, Which Gives A Possible Maximum Duration Of The Contract Of Eight Years. In Addition To The Purchase Contract, Avinor Intends To Enter Into A Maintenance Contract For Support And Maintenance Of The Vcs Solutions Purchased Under The Framework Agreement. The Maintenance Contract Shall Have A Minimum Duration Of 10 Years, Followed By Automatic Annual Renewals. The Value Of The Framework Agreement Is Estimated At Nok 90,000,000. This Sum Does Not Include The Value Of The Maintenance Contract.
