Short Description: The Public Order Includes The Supply Of 30 (Thirty) Sets Of Rescue Suits For Working In Water, Including A Protective Suit And Safety Shoes. Deadline For The Execution Of The Public Procurement: The Contract Enters Into Force From The Date Of Its Registration In The Records Of The Contracting Authority And Is Valid Until The Expiration Of The Warranty Period For The Goods And The Satisfaction Of All Claims Of The Contracting Authority Related To The Warranty Liability Of The Contractor. Within 10 Calendar Days From The Date Of Entry Into Force Of The Contract, The Contractor Shall Provide Information On The Sizes Of Life-Saving Suits For Work In Water And Safety Shoes. The Size Of The Relevant Goods Will Be Specified By Submitting A Request By The Contracting Authority Or Persons Designated By It. The Deadline For The Execution Of Deliveries Is Up To 90 Calendar Days, Counted From The Receipt Of The Request Of The Employer By The Contractor, But No Later Than November 30, 2026. The Request Is Sent By The Employer Or Persons Designated By Him Within A Period Of Up To 30 Calendar Days, Counted From The Date Of Entry Into Force Of The Contract. The Contract Can Be Amended With Regard To The Deadline For The Execution Of The Public Procurement (30.11.2026), On The Basis Of Art. 116, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Civil Procedure Code, By Mutual Consent Of The Parties, Expressed In Writing, In The Event That The Deadline For The Implementation Of The Activity/Project Stipulated In The Grant Contract Under Project 101191654-Ecpp-2024-Bg-Hcp Increasing The Capacity Of The High-Capacity Pumping Module Under A Direct Grant European Civil Protection Pool Upgrade Or Repair Of Response Capacities Is Amended By An Additional Agreement (Ucpm-2024-Ecpp-Urc-Iba). The Deadline For The Implementation Of The Relevant Activity Is Extended By A Period Corresponding To The Period By Which The Deadline For The Activity/Project Was Extended, But No Longer Than The Period Between The Date Of Expiry Of The Deadline For The Implementation Of The Relevant Activity And The End Date Of The Extended Deadline For The Activity/Project. The Scope And Nature Of The Possible Amendment, As Well As The Conditions Under Which It Can Be Used, Should Not Lead To A Change In The Subject Of The Order. The Amendment Should Correspond To The Amendments In The Rules And Instructions Of The Funding Body And/Or In The Contract For The Provision Of Bfp, Which Can Only Be A Factual Basis For The Amendment Of The Contract In The Hypothesis Of Art. 116, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Civil Code.
