The Subject Of This Public Procurement Includes The Manufacture, Delivery And Installation Of Furniture And The Delivery And Installation Of Technical Equipment For The Needs Of The Dormitory At The Alexander Stamboliyski Pgzs - Chomakovtsi Village, Cherven Bryag Municipality, Which Is Divided Into Separate Positions As Follows: - Separate Position No. 1 Production, Delivery And Installation Of Furniture; - Separate Position No. 2 Delivery And Installation Of Technical Equipment; - Separate Item No. 3 Supply Of Fitness Equipment. According To Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Zop, The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Assign Separate Items According To The Order Valid For The Individual Estimated Value Of Each Of Them, Provided That The Value Of The Respective Separate Item Does Not Exceed Eur 79,998.77 For Supplies And The Total Estimated Value Of The Separate Items Assigned In This Way Does Not Exceed 20 Percent Of The Total Estimated Value Of The Order. In These Cases, Regardless Of The Residual Value Of The Order, It Is Awarded According To The Order Applicable To The Total Value Of The Order. Separate Position No. 3 Is Assigned According To The Order Of Its Corresponding Individual Value In Connection With Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Civil Code - By Direct Assignment On The Basis Of Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Civil Code. No Bids Should Be Submitted For This Specific Position! The Furniture And Technical Equipment Should Correspond To The Minimum Set Parameters Indicated In The Technical Specification Of The Order.
