Purpose Of The Order - The Purpose Of The Procedure Is The Selection Of A Supplier Of Active Electrical Energy And Coordinator Of A Balancing Group For The Needs Of Vsu Lyuben Karavelov For A Period Of 24 Months, Starting From The Date Of Registration Of The First Delivery. Brief Description/Scope Of The Order: Estimated Amount Of Active Electrical Energy For 12 Months Is Approximately 1441,468 Mwh. The Estimated Amount Of Active Electrical Energy That Will Be Supplied Is Determined On The Basis Of Electrical Energy Consumed In The Past 12 Months And According To The Term Of The Order. The Estimated Amount Of Electricity Is Indicative And Serves Only For Information For The Purposes Of This Public Procurement. Estimated Quantities Of Electrical Energy Do Not Oblige The Contracting Authority To Use Them, Nor Do They Limit The Contracting Authoritys Consumption. The Selected Contractor Must Include Vsu Lyuben Karavelov In A Balancing Group, And All Imbalances Are Assumed And Are At The Suppliers Expense. In The Capacity Of Balancing Group Coordinator, The Contractor Should Take Responsibility For Balancing And Include The Employer In The Balancing Energy Market As A Participant (Indirect Member) In A Standard Balancing Group Without The Employer Paying A Participation Fee. The Contracting Authority Has No Commitments On Forecasting And Requesting The Necessary Amounts Of Electrical Energy. Due To The Specifics And Nature Of The Work Of The Contracting Authority, The Price Offered By The Participant Is Required To Include A Single Price For The Supply Of Net Active Electrical Energy, Without Additionally Charging Amounts For Excess And Shortage Of Imbalances. The Quality Of The Supplied Electrical Energy Must Meet The Current Standards And Regulations In The Country. During The Delivery, The Continuity Of The Electricity Supply Should Be Ensured And Electric Energy Should Be Delivered With Quality And In Order According To The Provisions Of The Energy Act (E) And Other Normative Acts That Regulate Public Relations Related To The Supply Of Electric Energy (Including The Regulations To E, The Rules For Trading In Electric Energy (Ptee) And The Rules For Measuring The Quantity Of Electric Energy (Pikee). The Supply Of Electricity Must Be In Accordance With The Current Regulatory Documents: The Energy Act (E), The Electricity Trading Rules (Ptee) And The Electricity Quantity Measurement Rules (Pikee).
