The Object Of The Order Is The Delivery Of Breakfast, Lunch And Dinner (Catering) For The Participants In The 78Th National Tourist Walk On The Path Of The Boteva Cheta From Kozloduy To Okolchitsa - 2026 During The Period Of Execution Of The Contract, Taking Into Account The Number Of Participants With An Estimated Number Of 1600 People And The Technical Specification. Note: Part Of The Products From The Subject Of The Order Fall Within The Product Scope Of Appendix No. 1 To Art. 4 Of Ordinance No. H-1 Of 23.07.2024 On The Environmental Requirements For Certain Products Subject To Public Procurement (The Ordinance), Which Is Why And In Fulfillment Of Art. 47A, Para. 1 And Para. 2 Of The Plo And The Ordinance, The Documentation (Technical Specification) For The Award Of This Order Contains Environmental Requirements For The Products That Are Delivered (Where Applicable). The Quantity Of Actually Delivered Breakfast, Lunch And Dinner (Catering) Is Determined By The Contractor Depending On His Specific Needs And The Number Of Participants In The Hike. The Indicated Estimated Quantity Is Only To Orient The Participant To The Volume Of Delivery Of Each Item. The Contracting Authority Is Not Obliged To Request For Delivery The Entire Estimated Quantity Of A Given Item, As Well As Each Specified Item. Requests Are Tailored To The Needs Of The Participants In The Hike.
