Supplementary Short Courses And Employment Readiness Supports Are Available To Address Occupational Skill Requirements And Remove Barriers By Ensuring Participants Have The Tools And Equipment Needed To Be Job Ready. Tes Uses Structured Assessments To Identify Participant Needs And Deliver Tailored Services, Employer‑Engaged Activities, Short‑Term Training, And Job Maintenance Supports That Facilitate Timely Labour Market Attachment And Sustained Employment.
