The Study Methodology Will Include Qualitative And Quantitative Analysis Techniques, Through Multivariate Collection And Analysis; Citizen Consultations, Surveys, Interviews And Participatory Workshops. Methodological Proposals That Consider The Participation Of Key Actors And The Territorial Approach Will Be Valued. This Study Will Be Carried Out In Eight Stages And Each One Must Include Specific Activities That Ensure Exhaustive Analysis And Adequate Planning.
