It Is Expressly Stated That The Bidders Must Offer All The Required Services. Failure To Comply With This Provision Will Entitle The Municipality To Declare Said Offers Inadmissible. The Municipality Of Coquimbo Reserves The Right To Revoke The Public Tender In Accordance With The Power Established In Article 61 Of Law No. 19,880; Which Establishes That “Administrative Acts May Be Revoked By The Body That Issued Them”; Power That Is Materialized In The Information System Www.Mercadopublico.Cl, Through The “Revoke Tender” Application, Which Allows, As Long As A Bid Has Not Been Awarded, To Carry Out Said Power Through A Well-Founded Resolution, Based On Reasons Of Merit, Convenience Or Opportunity.
