Although There Are Office Software Solutions Available Through The Framework Agreement, These Are Not Compatible With Institutional Requirements, Since They Correspond To Domestic Licenses Or Perpetual Modality, Which Do Not Allow Centralized Administration, Do Not Comply With Standards Of Institutional Security Nor Do They Incorporate Cloud Productivity Services Essential For The Municipal Functioning. The Contracting Must Be Adjusted To An Annual Subscription Model, According To The Technological Needs Of The Institution And The Available Budget.
