Bids Are Invited For Price Registration For Hiring A Specialized Company For The Provision Of Brigadist And Support/Crowd Control Team Services For Various Events In The Municipality Of Itirapuã – Sp.
Support Service And Audience Control For Events - Professionals Responsible For Event Support, As Well As Access Control; Prepared To Deal With The Many Variables That Affect An Event, Without Losing Composure, With A Focus On Monitoring The Event Environment, Seeking To Avoid Incidents. You Must Comply With The Times And Days Defined By The City Hall. With A Workload Of Up To 9 Hours/Daily Depending On The Event, Including A 1-Hour Break, With The Hours Distributed As Determined By The Municipality Of Itirapuã/Sp. The Contracted Company Must Replace The Employee Who Does Not Behave Appropriately With Their Obligations Within A Maximum Period Of 1 Hour. Employees Must Present Themselves At The Respective Event Locations At Least 30 Minutes Before The Start Of The Event And Remain At The Location For 1 Hour After The End Of Each Event, Not Exceeding The Total Number Of Hours. Transport, Accommodation, Meals, Water Supply And Other Obligations Towards Employees Will Be The Sole Responsibility Of The Bidding Company, Without Any Burden On The City Council. The Support/Crowd Control Team Must Be Convenient, Fire Brigade Service For Events - Provision Of Fire Brigade And First Aid Services To Work At Events, Observed The Technical Instructions Of The São Paulo Fire Department Or Other Standards That May Replace. You Must Comply With The Times And Days Defined By The City Hall. With Working Hours Of Up To 9 Hours/Days Depending On The Event, With The Hours Distributed As Determined By The Municipality Of Itirapuã.
