Merluza Fillet: Food Product Obtained From Fish Of The Merluza Species, Presented In The Form Of Fillet, Without Skin, Without Bones And Without Scales. It Must Present The Characteristic Color Of Fish, A Mild And Specific Odor, Free From Stains, Darkening, Signs Of Deterioration Or Contamination. Frozen Product, Kept At A Temperature Equal To Or Lower Than -18°C, Packed In Primary Non-Toxic Plastic Packaging, Resistant And Properly Sealed, Containing Product Identification, Net Weight, Manufacturing Date, Expiry Date, Batch And Identification Of The Manufacturer Or Supplier, In Accordance With Current Health Regulations. The Product Must Meet The Requirements Of The Ministry Of Agriculture, Livestock And Supply (Mapa) And/Or The National Health Surveillance Agency (Anvisa), As Well As The Applicable Health Inspection Standards.
