The courier company must be legally registered to operate within South Sudan It should demonstrate relevant logistics experience in sample transportation particularly within the health/ medical sector. It should have a proven capacity in medical specimen transportation, especially in remote or fragile settings. The provider must have trained personnel, appropriate infrastructure, sample transportation boxes mounted on the motorbikes, and contingency planning mechanisms.
