If The Offer Contains Conditions Contrary To The Request For Tender Or Its Annexes, The Tenderers Offer Will Be Rejected. Conditions Of The Framework Arrangement Nine (9) Service Providers Are Selected For The Framework Arrangement. The Subscriber Always Requests From The Selected Service Provider Detailed Content For Each Procurement Item With A Separate Request For Quotation. The Interior Architect Of Spatial Services In The Field Of Education And Training Is Responsible For Directing Design Assignments. The Customer Can Organize A Mini-Competition For Each Order Among The Framework Contract Suppliers Of The Sub-Area, If The Expected Value Of The Order Exceeds 100,000 Euros (Vat 0%) Or It Is An Exceptionally Large Or Demanding Order, In Which Case The Orderer Considers It Appropriate. The Selection Criteria For The Mini-Competition Is Either The Cheapest Price Or The Best Quality Or The Best Price-Quality Ratio. In The Mini-Tendering, The Customer Submits To All The Framework Contract Suppliers Of The Relevant Sub-Area At The Same Time A Request For Tenders For The Assignment In Question, With Which The Customer Requests Ceiling Or Total Price Offers For The Work To Be Performed. In Mini-Competitioned Procurements, The Contractual Conditions Of The Framework Agreement And, If Necessary, Detailed Assignment-Specific Conditions Are Followed. For The Sake Of Clarity, It Is Stated That Assignments Ordered On The Basis Of A Mini-Competition Are Not Included In The Percentage Distribution. In The Field Of Education And Training, The Customer Has Copyright And Usage Rights For The Plans And Documents Resulting From The Design Work.
