Buildings Associated With Transport – Contract For The Construction Of Small Buildings Over The Entire Length (Bat Ligne). The Contract Subject Of This Consultation, Called The “Bat Ligne” Contract, Concerns The Construction Work Of The “Small” Line Buildings Of The Tram T13 Phase 2 Project, Within The Project Management Scope Of Ile-De-France Mobilités, Namely: A Building Which Will House The Rectification Substation (Ssr) At Rue De La Bruyère In Poissy; A Building Which Will House The Technical Signaling Room (Lts) Avenue De Versailles In Poissy, For The Needs Of Cross-Communication Associated With The Poissy Rer Station; The Finishes Which May Prove Necessary On The Building Previously Carried Out As Part Of Another Works Contract Associated With The Urban Maintenance Center And Which Will Accommodate An Ssr; A Building Which Will House The Ssr And The Lts In The So-Called “Chêne Feuillu” Zone To The Right Of The Route Des Loges In Saint-Germain-En-Laye; Two Buildings Planned Next To The Achères Ville Rer Terminus: One Which Will Accommodate An Lts, An Ssr And The Operating Premises (Lex) And The Other Which Will Consist Of A Secure Space For Bicycles; In The Event Of A Partial Terminus At Poissy Rer, A Temporary Operating Room Next To The Poissy Rer Station At Place De Leurope In Poissy (Optional Phase). This Contract Provides: For The Construction Of The Ssr, Lts And Lex Buildings: Site Installation (Right Of Way And Living Base); Earthworks And Vrd Specific To Buildings; Structural Work And Secondary Work For All Technical Bodies (Including Bt, Plumbing, Possible Vmc, Ssi) Excluding Video Surveillance. For The Creation Of The Secure Space For Bicycles At The Achères Ville Rer Terminus: The Infrastructure Of The Building, The Supply Of Materials, The Installation Of Equipment As Well As The Connections Necessary For The Proper Functioning Of This Secure Space.
