Construction Work – Tender For Turnkey Contract Regarding Construction Of Public Housing At Enghave Brygge Syd. Ap Ejendomme Offers Together With Fsb A Turnkey Contract Regarding The Construction Of Approx. 22,850 M2 Bbr Public Housing For The Housing Organization Fsb At Enghave Brygge Syd, Ward 01-106 (Fsb), Building Plots N2 And N3, Cf. Local Plan 494 With Appendix 3. The Contract Relates To The Construction Of 312 Public Family Housing, Including Housing Communities And Youth Housing With Associated Common Areas, Technical Facilities And The Like. Ap Ejendomme Is The Delegated Client, And Is Responsible For Overall Coordination With The Other Construction Sites, While The Parties Have Agreed That Fsb Is Responsible For Ongoing Contact With The General Adviser And General Contractor. The General Contractors Contact Persons Will Therefore Be Employees Of Fsb. The Tender Is Carried Out As A Tender For An Extended Layout Proposal With A Project Optimization Phase, Where The Parties Must Jointly Review And Process Identified Optimization Areas. At The Time Of The Tender, The Project Material Has Been Developed Into Outline Proposals And At Certain Points Closer To A Level Corresponding To Project Proposals. The Client And General Consultant Have Designated Selected Optimization Areas Which Can Be Discussed And Decided Upon In The Project Optimization Phase. After The End Of The Project Optimization Phase, General Consultant Vandkunsten A/S With Sub-Consultant Artelia A/S Will Hand Over To The General Contractor, After Which The Project Will Be Carried Out As A Traditional Turnkey Contract.
