The Subject Of The Procurement Is Angiography Equipment (1+3 Pcs) For The Hus Heart And Lung Center, Where Huss 2026 Investment Program Includes The Purchase Of One (1) Angiography Equipment For The Jorvi Heart Center In Room 3. The Procedures Performed In The Jorvi Unit Include Rhythm Cardiology Procedures, Pacemaker Installations, And Invasive Cardiology Procedures. The Installation Of Jorvis Equipment Must Be Carried Out During 2026. The Equipment To Be Procured Must Be Suitable For The Room Space Specified In The Request For Tender And For The Purpose Of Use Described Above. The Ceiling Price Set For The Purchase Is €850,000 (Vat 0%), Including The Basic Configuration That Meets The Absolute Requirements. The Ceiling Price Does Not Include Mandatory Options Or Maintenance Contract Costs. If The Price Of The Offered Equipment Exceeds The Ceiling Price Mentioned Above, The Offer Will Be Rejected. The Purchase Of Three (3) Devices During The Years 2027–2030 Is Reserved As An Option, With Regard To Which A Decision On The Option Purchase Will Be Made By 31 December 2030. The Sydänasemat Of Meilahti, Peijas And Hyvinkää Hospitals Are Planned As The Placement Locations For The Option Devices. Uses Of Option Devices Include E.G. - Performing Electrophysiological Procedures - Pacemaker Installations - Contrast Imaging Of Coronary Arteries - Balloon Dilations The Requirements Of The Units Regarding Option Devices Are Taken Into Account In The Unconditional Requirements And Mandatory Options In Appendix 2 Of The Tender Request. Option Acquisitions Are Not Binding. Hus Makes A Decision On A Possible Option Purchase Without A Purchase Obligation According To Its Needs. The Procurement Unit Can Suspend The Procurement If The Financing Of The Project Does Not Materialize As Planned. Hus Is Considering To What Extent It Will Enter Into Maintenance Contracts For The Equipment Or Whether The Maintenance Will Be Handled As The Hospitals Own Operation. The Object Of The Procurement And The Related Requirements Are Described In Detail In The Request For Tenders And Its Appendices. Alternative Offers Are Not Permitted. Parallel Offers Are Not Allowed.
