School Cleaning Services – Cleaning Of Community Buildings - Municipality Of Floirac. The Amount Of Benefits For The Initial Period Of The Framework Agreement Is Defined As Follows: Annual Minimum Excluding Vat 95,000.00 Euro(S) Annual Maximum Excluding Vat 140,000.00 Euro(S) The Amounts Will Be Identical For Each Renewal Period. The Framework Agreement Will Be Executed By Issuing Purchase Orders. Services Are Regulated By Unit Prices. The Purpose Of This Contract Is To Provide Cleaning And Maintenance Services For Municipal Buildings In The City Of Floirac. The Services Are Broken Down Into Two Main Categories: 1. Recurring Services, Corresponding To Regular Operations Intended To Keep The Premises Clean, Hygienic And Functional. These Services Are Planned According To A Monthly Calendar Validated By The City And Detailed In Appendix 1 Of This Cctp. 2. One-Off Or Exceptional Services, Corresponding To Unplanned Interventions, Necessary Following Specific Events Such As Works, Disasters, Exceptional Events, Restorations Or Urgent Situations
