The Exploitation Of This Facility Will Be Carried Out Through An Administrative Concession For The Occupation Of The Public Domain, With The Particularities And Reservations Outlined Above, And The Authorization For The Provision Of The Following Services, In Accordance With Law 10/2005, Of June 21, On Ports Of The Balearic Islands: A) Mooring, Unmooring And Launching Of Vessels. B) Waiting Dock And Mooring Surface For Transient Vessels. C) Beacons. D) Means For Lifting Vessels And Repairing Them. E) Fuel Supply. F) Radio-Communication Service And Telephone, Telematic And Vhf Service, And Also Meteorological Information. G) Rapid Intervention Team For Fire Extinguishing And Spill Control. H) Collection And Treatment Of Garbage And Wastewater Purification Systems. I) Pumping And Storage System That Allows The Extraction Of Oily Water From The Bilges Of Vessels And A System For Filtering And Decanting Water From Areas Where Potentially Polluting Activities Are Carried Out. J) System For Pumping, Treatment And/Or Evacuation Of Gray And Waste Water From Vessels. K) Covered Storage System. L) Social Building. M) Sanitary Hygiene System. N) Ice Supply Service.
