Software Supply Services – Red Hat Licensed Products Framework Agreement, Eca-2026-026. The Subject Of The Tendered Service Is The Procurement Of Red Hat Software Products, Including The Corresponding Maintenance And Support Services As Well As The Product-Related And Supporting Services Described In More Detail Below In This Service Description. The Procurement Requirements Include Software Products From The Product Groups: - Red Hat Enterprise Linux Platform - Red Hat Cloud - Red Hat Application Services - Automation - Cee (Technical Account Management Services). The Client Is Also Entitled To Order Products From The Product Groups Mentioned That Are Not Explicitly Listed In The Price Sheet (Appendix 10) In The Form Of Individual Orders Up To A Maximum Of The Maximum Value Of The Contract. At The Request Of The Client, The Contractor Is Obliged To Offer Participation In The Red Hat Enterprise Subscription Program (Esp) And/Or The Hybrid Committed Spend Program (Hcs) To The Extent That The Relevant Conditions Of Participation Of The Manufacturer Are Met By The Client And The Client Has Confirmed This To The Manufacturer In Writing (Text Form Is Sufficient).
