Research And Development Services And Related Consultancy Services - Study On Social Indicators In The Fisheries Of The Republic Of Croatia. The National Plan Represents The Legal Basis For Initiating The Procurement Procedure And Co-Financing From The European Maritime, Fisheries And Aquaculture Fund. In Addition To Fulfilling The Obligations Defined By The National Plan And Commission Delegated Decision (Eu) 2021/1167, The Study In Question Also Has An Important National Development Function. In This Sense, The Study Will: - Create The First National Social Profile Of The Fisheries Of The Republic Of Croatia, Which Will Include The Key Social Indicators Of The Fishing Fleet, Aquaculture And Fish Processing, And Enable The Systematic Monitoring Of Trends, Identification Of Risks And The Development Of Recommendations For The Management Of The Sector - Establish A Systematic Methodology For The Future Regular Collection Of Social Indicators, - Propose A Model Of Cooperation With Stakeholders, Including Fishermen, Producer Organizations, Associations, Aquaculture, Processing, Competent Authorities And Scientific Institutions, - Contribute To A Better Understanding Of Social And Working Conditions In The Sector Fisheries, - And Provide The Foundations For The Construction Of A National Coordination Mechanism In The Field Of Social Data In Fisheries. The Study Is Carried Out Within The Framework Of The National Plan For The Collection Of Data In The Fisheries And Aquaculture Sectors Of The Republic Of Croatia For The Period 2026-2027 (Hereinafter: The National Plan), And In Accordance With Regulation (Eu) 2017/1004 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of May 17, 2017 On The Establishment Of A Union Framework For The Collection And Use Of Data In The Fisheries Sector And Their Management And Support For Scientific Consultation In Connection With The Common Fisheries Policy, And On The Exclusion Force Of Council Regulation (Ec) No. 199/2008 (Hereinafter: Regulation (Eu) 2017/1004) And Commission Delegated Decision (Eu) 2021/1167 Of April 27, 2021 On Establishing A Multi-Annual Union Program For The Collection Of Biological, Environmental, Technical And Socioeconomic Data In The Fisheries And Aquaculture Sector And For The Management Of This Data For The Period From 2022 (Hereinafter: Commission Delegated Decision (Eu) 2021/1167).
