Engineering Design Services For The Construction Of Civil Engineering Works - Wendlingen Am Neckar Group Sewage Treatment Plant Association - Europe-Wide Award Of Planning Services For The Expansion Of The Neckartailfingen Sewage Treatment Plant. As Part Of The Project To Expand The Neckartailfingen Sewage Treatment Plant, The Wendlingen Sewage Treatment Plant Association Is Planning To Extensively Modernize And Expand The Capacity Of The Existing Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant At The Neckartailfingen Site. The Subject Of The Award Is All General Planning Services For The Planning, Preparation And Structural Implementation Of This Complex Water Management Infrastructure Measure. The Neckartailfingen Sewage Treatment Plant Currently Has A Capacity Of 7,000 Inhabitants. The Closure Of The Neighboring Großbettlingen Sewage Treatment Plant, Which Will In Future Be Hydraulically Connected To The Neckartailfingen Sewage Treatment Plant Via A New Connection Canal, Creates The Need For An Expansion To Approx. 16,000 Pe Including An Optimization Of The Cleaning Performance (Size Class 4). At The Same Time, Existing Structures Should Continue To Be Used As Far As Possible And The Expansion Should Be Carried Out In Several Construction Phases While Maintaining Ongoing Operations. The Existing Sewage Treatment Plant Currently Includes In Particular - Inlet Lift - Rain Overflow Basin (Flow Basin) - Mechanical Cleaning (Rakes, Washing Press, Ventilated Round Sand Trap, Floating Matter Trap) - Aeration Basin (Carrousel Basin With Centrifugal Aerators) - Secondary Clarification - Flood Pumping Station - Sludge Treatment (Thickener, Sludge Stack) - Operational Building With Emsr Technology On The Basis Of A Structural Report (03/2024), A Report On: Process Engineering (12/2025) Considered Various Expansion Scenarios, Which Are Now To Be Deepened, Evaluated And Brought To Readiness For Approval As Part Of The General Planning. The Aim Is To Develop An Energy-Efficient, Robust, Operationally Reliable And Sustainable Wastewater Treatment Plant. The Planning Includes Variant Investigations, Approval Planning, Implementation Planning And Construction Supervision Up To Commissioning. Special Framework Conditions Are: - Fluctuating Inflow Situation Including Two Significant Indirect Dischargers - Flood And Flood Protection - Consideration Of Future Legal Requirements (Including Karl) - Integration Into Regional Sludge Treatment Concepts - Continued Use Of Suitable Existing Structures - Expansion During Ongoing Operations - Eligibility Of The Overall Project In View Of The Above, Extensive Specialist Disciplines Are Required: Object Planning Of Engineering Structures, Specialist Planning Of Structural Engineering And Technical Equipment (Mechanical Technology + Emsr). The Special Services Required In Accordance With The Service Description And The Clients Needs Must Be Provided. The Applicants Selected As Part Of The Competition Will Receive Further Details On The Scope Of The Services To Be Provided When They Are Invited To Submit An Offer.
